    This position is responsible for the coordination of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Responsible for meeting safety objectives for the facility, ensuring environmental compliance using state, federal, and company guidelines, equipment/machine availability/reliability, cost control, planning, quality, productivity, and interpretation of financial results using P&L statements in regard to maintenance. Monitor plant preventive maintenance programs and results to ensure plant uptime and efficiency using established BIC methodology. Oversee maintenance of plant OSHA and environmental records, and plant inspections to include implementation of required corrective actions. 


    Basic Qualifications: Requires a minimum of 8-10 years maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing process, as well as extensive preventive maintenance experience and knowledge of program logic controls (PLC). Prefer an engineering degree or equivalent experience. Ability to operate in a team environment conducive to total quality and process improvement.
