The Division PLC coordinator will work with the Division Business Optimization teams on prioritized projects across plants in North America delivering best in class results in automation and performance. Key focus areas for the role will include assessment and optimization of existing control systems, maintenance of systems, installing/upgrading new system, training site personnel and problems solving.

Successful candidate must be able to work with and communicate across multiple levels in the organization. Understands and can work in multiple generations of control systems. Be able to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment. Understands interdependent systems and database systems. Is comfortable providing informal mentoring and formal trainer roles. Role required weekly travel to sites across North America with 3 – 4 nights out per week. Periodically the role will support capital projects with extended days on site. Role can be located anywhere in the United States with easy access to a major airport.
Minimum Qualifications: 2 year degree in electrical engineering / process controls or 5-7 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
